• Consulting Services: Fees for consulting, product enhancement, and investment-related services will be agreed upon in writing before the start of any work. Clients will be invoiced based on the terms outlined in the contract.
• Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur late fees or interest charges, as specified in your agreement.
• No Refunds: All payments for services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.

In the course of providing our services, we may come into contact with confidential business information, intellectual property, or trade secrets. Both parties agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

You may be required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to formalize confidentiality terms for specific projects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, See Jay's Creations LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or personal harm.

Our liability for any claim relating to the services provided will be limited to the amount paid by you for those services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless See Jay's Creations LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, including any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any infringement of third-party rights.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if your account poses a risk to the integrity or security of our business. Upon termination, you are still liable for any outstanding payments due to See Jay's Creations LLC.

These Terms and Conditions are designed to protect both See Jay's Creations LLC and its clients, ensuring a professional and transparent relationship. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

See Jay's Creations LLC also reserves the right to:

• Cancel services for reasons which may be unlawful or in violation of proper business practices allowed by federally mandated business laws and that of which are governed by the State of Connecticut.  
• Report suspicious activity to law enforcement with jurisdiction over the point of origin of said activity or that which governs the jurisdiction over the point of origin of the hosting entity. 
• Manage/determine liability for information errors on the website in the event of downtime.
• To refuse service for the display of unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, and/or derogatory depiction of gender, race, and/or ethnicity.
• Disable user accounts in the event of SJC LLC violations or breach written of agreements.  Violation of written agreements can result in forfeiture of payments and/or further legal action for breach of contract, in accordance with federally mandated business laws and that of which are governed by the State of Connecticut.  
• Serve as arbitrary and deciding entity for client vs client conflict in contractual agreements sponsored and/or facilitated by SJC LLC.
